SHIPPING & SHIPPING CHARGE

We usually dispatch orders in 2 - 5 working days through UPS and it also takes about 1 - 2 working days for delivery after dispatched.

 

The free shipping option is available for orders of £60.00.  Standard shipping charge of £8.99 is applied on orders below  £60.00

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Paypal and card payment (Visa/Credit).

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We follow the UK Distance Selling Regulations which allow you to return any items within 15 days of receiving your delivery. You have another 15 days to return once your request has been agreed with us. Please note that we, Drink Soju, are not responsible for arranging to return a parcel and the postage cost incurred when returning unless the item is damaged.

 

Unless the item is damaged, since we are using a courier service to send a parcel to all our customers, the shipping charge will not be refunded. In case of free shipping, the shipping charge will be deducted automatically from the refund amount after confirmation.


Please note that we do not offer a refund for certain cases as below unless the item(s) is faulty.
- Any items which have been opened or product packaging has been broken.
- Unwanted items after 30 days of receiving delivery.
- Any damaged or missing items reported after 3 working days of receiving delivery.

- Any orders delivered late. The delivery date is only an estimate, not guaranteed.
Return must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt.

DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS

Please take a photo as proof and contact us if items damaged during transit or discovered that any items are missing.

We can either send you another parcel for missing/damaged items or arrange a refund.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL

Since we are using a courier service outside our company, we do not have control of the parcel after dispatch. Please contact the courier directly using the tracking number sent to you by email to find out what happened to your parcel. (In case of a lost parcel and damaged or missing items please contact us)

ABOUT THE DELIVERY DATE

We cannot guarantee a delivery date. The delivery date provided by the courier is also only an estimate, not guaranteed.

CANCEL OR AMEND YOUR ORDER

We usually dispatch on the 2nd day from when receiving the order. You can only cancel or amend your order on the day you placed an order.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

It is against the law to sell alcohol to anyone under 18 anywhere. You are required to show valid ID and sign when the driver attempts to deliver your order.
Since we use 'Adult Signature Required Service', adult recipients must be at least 21 to receive the parcel and sign.
DRINK SOJU is not responsible for returned items when the customer failed to meet the above conditions and delivery charge may apply.
